Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services or equivalent field.
• Two years post Master’s experience in clinical practice.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical, therapeutic and crisis intervention skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess professional licensure or registration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and referrals; ensure fair case assignments.
• Supervise ongoing service, assess cases, and manage closures.
• Provide direct therapy to clients and write intakes/reports.
• Ensure contract requirements and audits are met.
• Monitor billing and maintain staff coverage.
