Job summary

Bethany Christian Services seeks a Clinical Supervisor to coordinate intake, provide direct therapy, supervise staff, and ensure contractual compliance across refugee and immigrant programs. Strong supervisory and crisis intervention skills, plus MSW licensure are required.

You will oversee case assignments, write reports, and participate in budget and quality initiatives while advocating for vulnerable clients within a faith-based framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• Two years post-master’s experience in clinical practice.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical, therapeutic and crisis intervention skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory, verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess professional licensure or registration.
• Demonstrate the ability to assist with budget creation and achievement for the counseling department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and referrals and ensure fair case assignments.
• Provide direct therapy service to clients.
• Write intakes, reports and closings according to unit expectations.
• Provide psychosocial assessments when required.
• Provide clinical evaluation and submit reports as required.
• Provide consultation to other units as needed.
• Assure compliance with all contract requirements and audits.
• Maintain, review and ensure proper case recording and billing processes.
• Supervise staff and interns and maintain positive staff morale.
