Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience (ie filing, multi-phone lines and scheduling).
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.
• EHR/EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the efficient scheduling of clinical staff across shifts.
• Triaging incoming calls and routing them as needed.
• Schedule visits in an electronic scheduling system.
• Ensure staff assignments maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity.
• Coordinate and assign daily schedules for clinical staff; order supplies and coordinate participant appointments.
