Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience (ie filing, multi-phone lines and scheduling)
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
• EHR/EMR experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical staff schedules and triage incoming calls
• Schedule visits in an electronic scheduling system
• Ensure staff assignments maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity
• Coordinate and assign daily schedules for clinical staff
• Order supplies and coordinate participants' appointments
