Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated outstanding customer service experience (i.e. filing, multi-phone lines and scheduling)
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily schedules for clinical staff to maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity
• Triaging incoming calls and scheduling visits in an electronic scheduling system
• Assist in ordering supplies and coordinating participant appointments
• Ensure staff assignments maximize productivity and coverage
• Provide day-to-day scheduling support in a fast-paced clinical environment
