Providence PACE is seeking a scheduling coordinator to optimize clinical staff schedules and patient visits. The role includes triaging calls, scheduling in an electronic system, and ensuring assignments maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity.
Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred; strong customer service, Microsoft Office, and EHR/EMR experience are expected from candidates.

Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shift
Accountable for the efficient coordination of the clinical staff schedules. Scope of work includes triaging incoming calls; scheduling visits in an electronic scheduling system; ensuring staff assignments maximize continuity of care and clinical productivity. Also responsible for coordinating and assignment daily schedules for clinical staff. Ordering supplies and coordinate participants appointments.
