Job summary

Legacy Community Health is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Scheduling Assistant in Houston to support real-time scheduling and clinic flow. You will coordinate with providers and front desk teams to ensure timely access to care and accurate EHRS data entry, with emphasis on Spanish-speaking patients.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) and opportunities to grow through Legacy training while contributing to community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant-Certified or EHRS training.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Spanish-speaking ability required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor provider schedules and coordinate real-time clinic flow in EHRS.
• Communicate scheduling guidelines and act as liaison with Front Desk and clinical teams.
• Investigate and resolve scheduling discrepancies; escalate when needed.
