Legacy Community Health is seeking a Bilingual Care Team Assistant to support patient communication, coordinate care, and ensure a compassionate, patient-centered experience at our Houston clinic. In this role, you’ll work with onsite nurses, arrange interpretation services, manage referrals, and help the care team deliver accessible health services while upholding safety and privacy standards.

This position requires Spanish fluency and Medical Assistant certification, with a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• High‑school level education or equivalency.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Must maintain BLS/CPR certification.
• Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Patient communication and triage with protocol-based guidance.
• Coordinate pre-visit planning and interpretation services.
• Assist with referrals, forms, and care coordination.
• Support medication refills and prior authorizations.
• Promote safety and compliance in the patient care setting.
