Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and register patients in the electronic system.
• Verify program eligibility and determine source of payment.
• Collect payments, operate cash register, and maintain an accurate till.
• Answer inquiries and route calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Schedule, confirm, and process appointments.
• Enter data into medical records system and route messages to staff.
• Inventory stock and verify receipt of medical, lab, or office supplies.
• Maintain general record-keeping duties.
