Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and register patients in the electronic system.
• Verify program eligibility and determine source of payment.
• Collect payment for services and operate the cash register.
• Answer telephone inquiries and route calls to the appropriate person.
• Schedule, confirm, and process appointments.
• Enter data into medical records system and maintain files.
