You will oversee day-to-day operations, collaborate with providers, manage staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, monitor budget, and lead process improvements while maintaining strong communication and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1-3 years healthcare management experience.
• Experience in team leadership, process improvement, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve day-to-day clinic operations to ensure workflow and high patient satisfaction.
• Evaluate team performance and support ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with medical providers to align clinical and administrative operations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable healthcare laws.
• Monitor and manage site budget, expenses, and revenue; identify opportunities for cost containment.
• Oversee front desk, billing, and scheduling functions for accurate patient processing.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices for patient care.
• Serve as a point of escalation for patient concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain records and documentation as required by regulators.
• Ensure adherence to policies and service standards.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Participate in strategic planning and site growth, marketing, and outreach.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
