Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Health Center Operations Manager to lead daily clinic operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care. You will work closely with providers, front and back office teams, and HR to maintain optimal staffing and performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with operations leadership to meet KPIs and patient care goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field (RN license required).
• 3–5 years clinical experience and 5+ years in direct staff management or equivalent.
• Experience in health center operations, regulatory compliance, and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, and update clinical and operational workflows for daily clinic operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and backfill to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, quality, and patient/staff satisfaction.
