Qualifications

• Spanish fluency required in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with common software to manage customer records.

Responsibilities

• Educate new and existing plan participants on health plan benefits at group sites via phone or virtual platforms.
• Conduct group benefits presentations in English and Spanish for WGAT and PCMI participants.
• Interface with third-party vendors/providers to communicate WGAT plan benefits.
• Provide one-on-one support to address applicant questions.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits utilization questions.
• Assist with enrollment and verify enrollment paperwork for accuracy.
• Organize service meetings and open enrollment for efficient use of time.
• Respond to participant questions using CTSR system.
• Determine corrective actions per documentation procedures.
• Assist with requests for Benefit Booklets and SBCs.
• Support Sales/Account staff with plan comparisons and enrollment forms.
• Attend employee events to provide materials and promote enrollment.
