Job summary

The Misch Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Bilingual Client Service Representative to support the Employee Benefits team. This role handles daily client service, eligibility updates, and workflow administration in a hybrid environment with in-office training.

You will communicate with clients and employees to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records across multiple benefits systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and excels in a client-centric service

Qualifications

• Two+ years in an employee benefits brokerage, agency, carrier, or consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline service resource for Employee Benefits clients and internal teams.
• Respond to service requests involving eligibility, ID cards, benefit portals, providers, and claims support.
• Process additions, terminations, and qualifying life events in carrier systems.
• Track service cases, document accurately, and drive to resolution.
• Assist with billing discrepancies and open enrollment logistics.
