Job summary

Western Growers seeks a Client Service Representative I to support enrollment, implementation, and education of WGAT and PCMI health plans. You will educate participants at worksites, conduct bilingual presentations, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include enrollment checks, open enrollment coordination, and responding to benefits questions using CTSR tools. Occasional travel (up to 40%) to California and Arizona locations is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is required, and ability to use Spanish up to 70% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Educate newly enrolled and existing plan participants on health plan and ancillary benefits at group locations, via phone or virtual platforms.
• Conduct group benefits presentations in English and Spanish for WGAT and PCMI plan participants.
• Interface with third party vendors to educate them on WGAT/PCMI benefits and programs.
• Provide one-on-one support to address applicant concerns or questions.
• Serve as the primary contact for questions regarding benefits utilization.
• Assist with enrollment of participants and verify enrollment paperwork for accuracy.
• Organize group service meetings and open enrollment for efficient use of time.
• Respond to participant questions using the Health Care Processing system and CTSR tools.
• Determine corrective action for issues using established procedures.
• Request and provide Benefits Booklets and SBCs for health information.
• Support sales and broker teams with plan comparisons and enrollment materials,
• Attend client events to assist with benefits inquiries and enroll participants.
