Responsibilities

• Educate WGAT/PCMI participants on health plans at sites or virtually.
• Conduct group benefits presentations in English and Spanish.
• Enroll participants and verify enrollment paperwork for accuracy.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues per procedures.
• Generate reports and support service meetings and events.
