Job summary

Western Growers is seeking a Client Service Representative I to educate WGAT/PCMI participants about health benefits and enrollment. You will handle inquiries, collaborate with vendors, and help ensure accurate enrollment while traveling to client sites as needed.

Experience in customer service, strong English/Spanish communication, and comfortable with working on health plan information are required. This role is primarily on-site with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is required; ability to use Spanish for up to 70% of the time.
• Strong communication in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Intermediate computer skills to update and access customer records.

Responsibilities

• Educate participants on health benefits and programs at worksites or virtually.
• Assist with enrollment and verify enrollment paperwork for accuracy.
• Respond to participant questions and resolve issues per procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for plan information and materials.
• Travel to client locations across the U.S. up to 40% of the time.
