Qualifications

• High School diploma required with 3–5 years in customer service and/or benefits administration preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish required, written and spoken, up to 70% usage.
• Strong computer skills to access and update customer records.
• Excellent written and oral communication, professional documentation, and call etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
• Clean DMV record and ability to travel up to 40% in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Enroll and educate WGAT and Pinnacle plan participants at client sites or virtually.
• Conduct bilingual group benefits presentations for WGAT and PCMI participants.
• Interface with vendors to communicate benefits and programs specific to WGAT accounts.
• Serve as escalation point for enrollment issues and ensure accurate enrollment paperwork.
• Track data on problems, actions, and resolutions using the CTSR web tools.
• Support sales and account management with plan comparisons and enrollment materials.
• Attend employee events to answer benefits questions and promote programs.
