Job summary

Western Growers Assurance Trust is seeking a Client Service Representative I to educate participants on health plans and benefits, assist with enrollment, and coordinate with vendors. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and travel up to 40% across locations in the U.S.

The CTSR will support education services, member services, and data collection using the CTSR tools, reporting on metrics and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is required, and the ability to use Spanish for up to 70% of the time.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel to locations throughout the U.S. up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Educate participants on health plan and benefits at group sites via phone or virtual platforms.
• Conduct group benefits presentations in English and Spanish.
• Interface with third party vendors to educate them on WGAT plan participants.
• Provide one-on-one support to address applicant concerns or questions.
• Assist with enrollment and review enrollment paperwork for accuracy and completion.
• Support plan comparisons and enrollment materials as needed.
• Attend employee client events to assist with benefits inquiries and enroll participants.
