Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen client calls before scheduling consultations.
• Monitor all potential client inquiries diligently.
• Contact every potential client to establish relationships.
• Update client inquiry logs and reporting systems.
• Conduct empathetic interviews with potential clients.
• Schedule appointments for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate notes during initial consultations.
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
