Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site who will be the main contact between our workforce and the client’s on-site leadership. You will provide dedicated operational oversight to drive service delivery, act as the face of Traba inside the facility, and manage day-to-day worker support, onboarding, and scheduling while ensuring smooth communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Experience in staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar settings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor representing Traba in client sites.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers; provide timely updates and support.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and start schedules; oversee vetting and onboarding end-to-end.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; manage on-site performance and escalation.
• Bridge communication between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams with professional updates.
• Identify and flag performance concerns; handle incident management and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations; ensure staffing coverage and PPE management.
• Identify wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
