Job summary

Traba is seeking a Field Operator to act as the in-market, in-person face of the company. You will recruit, onboard, and prepare workers for placement, engage with community partners, and manage the full worker funnel across multiple sites as demand requires.

You will lead onboarding sessions, ensure workers are vetted and ready for their first shift, and maintain clear communication with HQ. This role demands bilingual English/Spanish skills, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong recruiting instincts and ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
• Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions and presenting to workers.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor representing Traba with workers, partners, and clients.
• Flexible and adaptable to shift across market needs and locations.

Responsibilities

• Worker Relationship Management: recruit, onboard, and support workers from recruitment to placement.
• Community & Partner Relationships: engage workforce centers and local partners to build pipeline and brand presence.
• Worker Vetting & Onboarding: oversee vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end.
• Worker Funnel Management: manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conversion to placement-ready workers.
• New Start Scheduling: coordinate interviews and start schedules across customer sites.
• PPE & On-Site Support: distribute PPE and provide on-site coverage as needed.
• Communication & Reporting: share market trends and coverage risks with Traba HQ.
