Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site to be the face of the company at our client’s facility, delivering hands-on operations support in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will manage onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day worker support while coordinating with site leadership, Traba Ops, and Worker Support to keep shifts covered and performance on track.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Able to work in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, ensuring timely updates and support.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and start schedules for new hires (e.g., forklift operators).
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
• Identify and resolve worker performance concerns or site challenges; handle escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations, ensuring staffing coverage and PPE management.
• Identify and drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
