Job summary

Traba is seeking a Field Operator to act as the in-market face, recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market. You will engage with workers, coordinate with sites, and ensure readiness for their first shift.

You will build community partnerships, run onboarding sessions, manage worker vetting, scheduling, and on-site support while communicating with Traba HQ to monitor trends and coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong recruiting instincts to source, screen, and convert candidates.
• Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions and presenting to workers.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Worker Relationship Management: Build relationships with workers from recruiting through placement and provide updates and support.
• Community & Partner Relationships: Develop relationships with workforce centers and local partners to drive worker pipeline and brand presence.
• Worker Vetting & Onboarding: Oversee vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end, including large group onboarding sessions when needed.
• Worker Funnel Management: Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and converting applicants into placement-ready workers.
• New Start Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and start schedules across customer sites to match opportunities.
• PPE & On-Site Support: Distribute PPE and provide on-site presence to support new starts, escalations, or peak coverage.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide proactive feedback to Traba HQ and flag market trends and risks early.
