Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site representative in Greenville, SC to be the face of the company at the client facility. You will manage day-to-day worker support, onboarding, scheduling, and act as the liaison between workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with site leaders and workers, coordinating interviews and start schedules, handling payroll questions, and escalating issues

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, serving as the primary relationship owner with supervisors and site contacts.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews, and start schedules for new hires (e.g., forklift operators).
• Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end.
• Help workers with clock-ins, payroll questions, and on-site performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams; relay updates clearly.
• Identify and resolve worker performance concerns or site challenges early; manage incidents and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations, ensure staffing coverage, and manage PPE distribution and shift schedules.
