Job summary

AnywhereWorks Ltd. is hiring Client Experience Associates to join our team. Work from home, supporting clients via inbound calls, capturing leads, taking orders, scheduling appointments, and sending messages.

You’ll begin with two weeks of paid training, followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development with ongoing support. Expect 40 hours weekly, with shifts between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, and a minimum commitment of Friday and Saturday hours during the training period.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Warm, upbeat tone and genuine interest in helping people.
• Good listener who stays calm and efficient under pressure.
• Dependable: shows up for every scheduled shift, on time.
• Strong computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from home; capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments.
• Handle a range of call types including live chat, outbound calls, and intake calls.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and after-call work standards.
• Participate in paid training and the 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development.
• Work 40 hours per week with shifts mainly 5:00 am–8:00 pm PT; Friday/Saturday availability during training.
