Job summary

PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate at the Goliad Branch in San Antonio, TX. This in-office role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, educating customers on banking options, and identifying opportunities to grow share of wallet.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred to better serve a diverse customer base. Responsibilities include handling a variety of customer interactions, facilitating lobby engagement, and referring opportunities to branch staff to ensure customer needs

Qualifications

• No university/college degree required (education level acceptable without degree).
• Experience or product knowledge in banking or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus for bilingual customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate on available banking options.
• Identify banking opportunities and make referrals to branch staff.
• Engage with customers to position PNC products and drive share of wallet.
• Assist with lobby engagement to connect customers with PNC solutions.
• Educate customers on using technology for financial transactions.
