Responsibilities

  • Training Client Coordinators: Train new coordinators and provide ongoing support.
  • Optimizing Hours Utilization: Reassign caregivers to maximize approved hours.
  • Timely Visit Verification: Verify visits daily to prevent billing delays.
  • Assisting with Client Staffing: Help coordinators assign caregivers promptly.
  • Monitoring Coordinator Dashboards: Monitor dashboards and address abnormalities.
  • VA client Follow-up: Proactively follow up to obtain authorizations.
  • Handling Authorization adjustments and Terminations: Process adjustments and terminations timely.
  • Documentation Oversight: Ensure timely completion of timesheets for caregivers.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate caregiver-client issues to maintain positive relationships.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Team Lead for our Home Care Services division. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in multiple languages, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of care professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality home care services while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Client Coordinators: Team Leads will be responsible for training new client coordinators, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and the organization's policies. They will also provide ongoing training and support to existing client coordinators.
  • Optimizing Hours Utilization: TL will make sure that all missed visits are promptly addressed, and caregivers are reassigned when necessary to maximize the utilization of approved hours.
  • Timely Visit Verification: Team Leads will ensure that visits are verified daily to prevent billing delays.
  • Assisting with Client Staffing: TL will assist client coordinators in promptly assigning caregivers to clients as needed. Ensure that open visits are put up promptly.
  • Monitoring Coordinator Dashboards: TL will continuously monitor coordinator dashboards, addressing any abnormalities in a timely manner.
  • VA client Follow-up will ensure that VA clients are proactively followed up to obtain their authorizations.
