Help At Home, LLC seeks a Bilingual Russian-speaking Care Supervisor in Chicago to oversee client care and staffing. You will supervise homecare aides, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate schedules with clients and teams, while maintaining detailed records and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Russian/English required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain elements of client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient/client data per HIPAA guidelines.
• May provide direct training.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care.
• Monitor performance of homecare aides to ensure quality service.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, referral sources, and managers.
• Conduct in-home visits with clients as needed.
• Prepare routine departmental reports.
• Document client condition and service details.
• Record client satisfaction and employee trainings where applicable.
• Handle client complaints; report significant issues for resolution.
