Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and route as appropriate.
• Process sales orders via CRM.
• Distribute general inbox emails and handle customer requests.
• Send order acknowledgments with shipments and paperwork.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM.
• Review shipping paperwork as needed.
