Job summary

eCapital Corp. in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to greet clients, guide them through onboarding, and build lasting relationships.

You will troubleshoot issues, educate clients on services, and collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, a problem-solving mindset, and detail orientation, with MS Office/CRM experience (Salesforce a plus) and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; Salesforce a plus.
• Call center experience is a bonus but not required.
• Bilingual candidates in Spanish & English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on services, assist onboarding, and impact client success.
• Coordinate with departments to answer client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in the company database.
