Blueprint Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in French to join our Bench Team. You will provide fast, accurate, and personalized support through research, troubleshooting, and effective resolution.

In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on clear communication and customer satisfaction. The position is hybrid with a Bellevue location and requires occasional weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-service experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Written fluency in French and English.
• Strong written communication with clear, professional responses.
• Experience using computers across multiple systems and support tools.
• Ability to perform initial troubleshooting of common issues.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service per policies and standards.
• Respond to tickets within SLAs and client expectations.
• Focus on first-contact resolution when possible.
• Follow troubleshooting processes and use knowledge bases and tools.
• Collaborate across teams to share feedback and resolve issues.
• Assist with updating knowledge-base articles and onboarding new agents.
• Work with escalations and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Maintain awareness of client updates and directives.
