Phoenix Management Solutions is seeking a highly organized Bilingual Truck Driver Recruiter in Texas to identify, engage, qualify, and move professional drivers through the recruiting and onboarding process from initial contact through orientation and activation.

The ideal candidate has CDL driver recruiting experience, understands the differences between Owner Operators and Company Drivers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while meeting DOT onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or very strong. Recruiting, onboarding experience for CDL drivers preferred.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers and knowledge of qualification/onboarding. DOT/FMCSA awareness required.
• Experience with Tenstreet or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify professional drivers through the full recruiting and onboarding process.
• Move candidates from initial contact to orientation and activation.
• Maintain momentum and meet onboarding requirements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
