Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers or transportation/logistics professionals strongly preferred.
• High-volume recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for CDL driver positions nationwide.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Negotiate offers and assist candidates through the onboarding process.
• Meet recruiting metrics and hiring deadlines in a high-volume environment.
