Phoenix Management Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Bilingual Truck Driver Recruiter to identify, engage, and move professional CDL drivers through the recruiting and onboarding process from initial contact to orientation and activation.

Ideal candidates have direct CDL driver recruiting experience, understand Owner Operator vs Company Driver dynamics, and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while complying with DOT and FMCSA onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct recruiting conversations in both languages.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers, including Owner Operators and Company Drivers.
• Knowledge of CDL driver qualification and onboarding requirements.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations related to driver recruiting and onboarding.
• Experience using Tenstreet or similar ATS platform.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified CDL drivers, including Owner Operators and Company Drivers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups with driver leads.
• Respond quickly to applications and inquiries.
• Assess driver qualifications, equipment, availability, and fit during conversations.
• Explain driving opportunities, compensation, home-time, and onboarding requirements.
• Tailor conversations for Owner Operators vs Company Drivers.
• Maintain ongoing follow-up through onboarding and activation.
