You will source, interview, place, and manage candidates, while ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and drive successful placements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Two years of high-volume light industrial recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong professionalism and communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for light industrial roles in a high-volume setting.
• Explain job expectations, policies, and safety requirements in English and Spanish.
• Maintain candidate follow-up to ensure engagement and retention.
• Complete onboarding documentation accurately within tight timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet staffing goals.
• Ensure records in ATS and internal systems are accurate and compliant.
