Job summary

Center for Family Life in Sunset Park (CFL) is seeking a Bilingual Case Management Aide to support case managers and employment counselors with intake, paperwork, data entry, and coordination of services. This full-time role involves direct client interaction, scheduling, outreach, and maintaining digital and physical case records.

Qualifications

• AA degree in psychology or sociology or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are required with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary client assessments and interviews.
• Assist clients with completing forms and documentation.
• Provide information about services and resources and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain accurate case files and write case notes in databases.
• Screen participants for public benefits and assist with applications.
