POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Bilingual Case Management Aide will offer support to case managers and employment counselors with intake, paperwork, data entry, coordination of services and direct client interactions, ensuring that the case management processes are efficient and effective.
Work primarily happens in the office with occasional outings to accompany clients to offsite meetings and for outreach events
Fast-paced, high-energy, and highly collaborative environment supporting multiple projects within CFL’s Adult Employment Program
This is a full-time position at 35 hours per week.
