Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks an ISAP Case Manager to oversee Intensive Supervision Appearance Program participants from entry to release under the DHS contract. You will administer case management, develop service plans, and coordinate resources to support participants while complying with regulations.

You will conduct intake, maintain records, facilitate translations, and arrange legal and social services, including home visits and monitoring of equipment. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must live in the US for 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules and instructions.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and self-control in stressful situations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with department software.

Responsibilities

• Manages ISAP participants from entry to release according to DHS contract.
• Develops and maintains case records; ensures confidentiality.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientations within required timeframes.
• Installs and monitors electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Assists participants with travel documents; maintains travel logs.
• Evaluates English proficiency to plan appropriate resources.
• Coordinates translation services for participants.
• Connects participants with community resources (transport, medical, housing, etc.).
• Schedules counseling, court appearances, and legal services.
• Reviews service plans and writes progress reports per contract.
• Reports program violations using established parameters; conducts home visits.
