Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a dedicated Case Manager for Greenville, SC to connect youth and families with essential services and resources. You will manage assessments, service plans, and documentation in ORR and NYAP systems while coordinating with sponsors and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, strong case management skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or related field.
• Excellent case management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Complete ORR assessments and service plans within required timeframes.
• Maintain compliant case files and upload documents in UC Portal and NYAP CQI systems.
• Coordinate with sponsors, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support reunification.
