National Youth Advocate Program in Tucson, AZ seeks a dedicated Case Manager to connect youth and families with vital services and supports. You will conduct assessments, coordinate reunification and navigate ORR requirements to ensure safe, timely interventions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a social service field, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling or other social service field.

Responsabilités

• Perform all work in a manner consistent with NYAP’s Mission, Values and Philosophies.
• Complete case management assessments within ORR timeframes.
• Conduct on-site intake interviews and gather sponsorship information.
• Interview sponsors/family members to assess suitability and care arrangements.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for pre-staffing and reunification processes.
• Document actions and contacts; prepare and submit reunification packets.
• Provide weekly updates to youth and families; maintain case notes and files.
