Job summary

The Family Place is seeking a Case Manager in Dallas to provide comprehensive case management and crisis intervention for survivors of domestic violence experiencing homelessness. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, individualized service planning, and community referrals to support safety and independence.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, safety planning, data entry, and group facilitation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field with experience in crisis intervention and/or domestic violence.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field with 4+ years in crisis intervention and/or domestic violence.
• Equivalency of training and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services including housing, employment, legal, and medical referrals.
• Coordinate family case management meetings regularly.
• Complete intake and discuss safety planning with clients.
• Document weekly observations of children in the family unit.
• Ensure accurate data entry for reporting and program metrics.
• Facilitate weekly process groups using appropriate therapy approaches.
