Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking a Case Manager to support Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants through intake, service planning, monitoring, and successful completion under DHS contract.

You will develop and maintain ISAP case plans, coordinate translations, arrange home visits, monitor electronic equipment, and connect participants with community resources and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to interpret rules, orders and materials.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to stay calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintains accurate case records and confidential information.
• Performs intake interviews and orientation sessions within contractual timeframes.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Identifies and coordinates community resources for participants.
• Coordinates translation services and assists with travel documents.
