Job summary

Child Crisis Arizona is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Case Manager to join our Emergency Shelters team in Arizona. You will perform intakes, assessments, and service plan development while coordinating delivery of case management services for an assigned caseload.

The role emphasizes documentation, progress tracking, and ensuring the safety and reunification of children with sponsors or family members. A 4-year degree and bilingual skills are required.

Qualifications

• Spanish/English bilingual capabilities.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift (Sun–Thu, 9am–5pm).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human/services or related field.
• At least 1 year of case management experience.
• Strong documentation and note-taking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean five-year driving history.
• A Level 1 fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with diverse youth populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes, assessments and service plans for assigned caseload.
• Coordinate and deliver case management services and document progress.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments and case notes.
• Support safety, well-being and reunification of unaccompanied youth with sponsors or family.
