Job summary
EMPACT-SPC/La Frontera Arizona is hiring a Children's Case Manager in Maricopa, AZ. The role provides direct crisis intervention, supports families and children, and coordinates referrals to community services.
The position requires a Bachelor's in Behavioral Health or related field, experience with the Child and Family Team process, and a valid AZ driver's license. Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred; fingerprint clearance is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with the Child and Family Team process.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
- Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility.
- Valid AZ driver's license with clean record in past 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct crisis intervention and services to families and children.
- Complete family needs assessments and coordinate referrals.
- Maintain cross-department communications with partners.
- Flexibly schedule to meet client and family needs.
