LTE Care Plus Inc. is seeking a Case Coordinator to staff ABA therapists, build and manage schedules, and ensure efficient service delivery.

You will work closely with clients, therapists, and clinical supervisors to ensure sessions are covered and scheduled appropriately. This full-time, in-person role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with experience in scheduling and coordinating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of admin, scheduling, or coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
• Comfort with scheduling systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Match ABA therapists to clients based on availability and clinical needs.
• Create and maintain weekly schedules for therapists and clients.
• Coordinate with BCBAs and families to fulfill service hours.
• Monitor therapist availability and caseload capacity.
• Adjust schedules for cancellations or time-off.
• Track authorization hours and use before expiration.
• Communicate professionally with staff and families to resolve scheduling issues.
• Update data in scheduling software or case management platforms.
• Support intake team with client onboarding.
