• Build relationships with parents and provide ongoing support.
• Respond to parent questions, concerns, and service-related needs.
• Help resolve scheduling, staffing, and other day-to-day service issues.
• Communicate with BCBAs, therapists, and internal teams to coordinate client needs.
• Follow up proactively with families and ensure concerns are resolved.
• Keep client information and updates accurate in company systems.
• Identify issues that could impact a child's services and work with the appropriate team to resolve them.
• Help ensure families have a positive experience with Circle Care Services.
