LTE Care Plus Inc. in Melville, NY is seeking a Case Coordinator (ABA Therapy) to ensure the right therapists are matched with the right children and that service hours are fully authorized and utilized.

You will build weekly schedules, coordinate with families and BCBAs, and maintain accurate records to support quality care and timely sessions. This in-person, full-time role requires Spanish language skills and strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of administrative, scheduling, or coordination experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced environment where plans change often.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up scheduling systems and work confidently in spreadsheets.
• Spanish speaking.

Responsibilities

• Match ABA therapists to clients based on availability, location, language, and needs.
• Build and maintain weekly schedules for therapists and clients.
• Partner with BCBAs and families to ensure service hours are fulfilled.
• Monitor therapist availability and caseload capacity.
• Adjust schedules promptly for cancellations or changes.
• Track authorization hours and ensure they are used before expiration.
• Communicate clearly with staff and families to resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain data accuracy in scheduling and case management systems.
• Support the intake team with client onboarding as needed.
