Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a compassionate and organized Family Coordinator to be the main contact for families we support. You will guide onboarding, address questions, and ensure families feel supported and heard throughout their ABA journey.

You’ll collaborate with Intake, Clinical, Staffing, Billing, and Case Management to move cases forward, follow up on items, and maintain detailed records of communications and progress.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple families and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive problem solving and initiative are valued.
• Demonstrated confidentiality and professional conduct is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for families throughout onboarding and service.
• Build trusting relationships with parents and caregivers.
• Regularly update families on case status, next steps and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Intake, Clinical, Staffing, Billing, and Case Management to move cases forward.
• Follow up on outstanding items that may delay services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of family communications and case updates.
