Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for caregiver and client communication.
• 2+ years in staffing, scheduling, or home care customer-service environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure continuous staffing coverage.
• Serve as primary contact for caregivers, clients, and families with scheduling updates.
• Coordinate new and ongoing services with internal teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, and operations to support staffing needs.
• Monitor schedules and service hours to identify gaps and optimize utilization.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and client updates in company systems.
